Newly opened in November 2007, Aspen restaurant offers
contemporary American cuisine infused with global accents.
Inspired by elements from nature, the interior design originated
with a leaf, grew into a tree and evolved into Aspen.
Enter the 87-seat main dining room into a uniquely open,
sophisticated space bathed in natural light. Features include a
large granite topped bar, a centrally located double-sided
fireplace, glowing alabaster sconces with wrought iron leaf
detail and arched floor to ceiling windows.
Under 'seemingly falling' leaves ensconced in glass, descend the
open staircase to the 47-seat Amber Lounge where you are
immediately transported into a richly hued, modern
interpretation of Aspen. A gently curved mahogany bar, a large
organic stone fireplace and textured walls softly lit
with slender alabaster panels wrap around around the espresso
brown and deep red accented room. It is an intimate space to
enjoy a quiet dinner or, together with the leather banquettes,
to host a group of friends.
